Spiritdeli.com is a drinking network shop where you will find a slightly more special selection of alcoholic beverages. At the heart of our selection are artisan and specially valued by amateurs and culinarists, as well as rums and other spirits.
The aim is to make product descriptions as accurate as possible, but because many of our products are short-lived and change quickly, and based on the manufacturer’s information, spiritdeli.com cannot guarantee their accuracy.
Images of products can also be sample images, and the products do not always look the same, as manufacturers occasionally change the appearance of their products.
The prices of the products include VAT in Estonia and excise duties.
How to order
Register as an online store. If you wish to register as a licensed, retail or wholesaler, please contact our sales service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When registering and ordering your name and address details carefully. spiritdeli.com is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incorrectly provided contact information.
The subscriber must be of legal age and declare his/her age honestly when registering. spiritdeli.com is not responsible for products not delivered to a minor.
Start by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. By adding products to your shopping cart, you can see the value and weight of your order and, if necessary, estimate the freight price.
For orders under EUR 100.00, we charge a small delivery fee of EUR 9.50.
The products are sold freely at our pick-up point or warehouse.
Any cancellations of orders must be made before the order has been handed over to an authorized carrier and other entity that collects it.
If the product has run out and cannot be replaced by a similar product, or if the product is not to be ordered for any other reason, the spiritdeli.com not to after-dispatch the products, but the errors will be compensated by returning the price of the missing product.
If you notice any defects in your order, you must make a complaint by email within 7 days of receiving the products.
Pay for your order
After selecting the products you want, go to checkout to pay for your order. You must also indicate your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Once you have filled in all the required information, you can pay for your order.
Our payment selection includes Finnish and Estonian online banking, visa, master and American express credit card payments.
After you have paid for the order, you will receive an order confirmation of the products you have ordered, and when the products are available for pickup, as well as instructions on how to pick up the delivery.
Once you have placed an order, you must conclude a transport contract with the carrier of your choice or notify us when you intend to pick up the order from our pick-up point.
Spiritdeli does not deliver shipments to Finland. Purchased products can be picked up at our collection point in connection with Hugo’s Bar and Kitchen in the immediate vicinity of the Tallinn Port D terminal at Lootsi 14-2, 10151 Tallin.
You can also arrange the transport yourself using the carrier of your choice. Our warehouse is located on the Tallinn ring road. Regularly, goods are picked up from there, for example. DHL, DPD, SmartPost nettikuski.com and rahti.eu. If you wish to purchase, you have purchased the products delivered to Finland, you must conclude the transport contract separately and pay the freight to the carrier, and take care of the payment of taxes in Finland. Once we have confirmed the delivery method, the order will be transferred to picking and packaging.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Depending on the country of destination, you must file your own tax return with the tax authorities of your home country, usually no later than 2-4 days after receiving the goods.
spiritdeli.com does not notify the authorities of the country of destination of the order, but is a customer’s task.
